in Winter Garden is one of the newest communities in the Orlando
area. There are a total of 1342 acres with a planned 2,493 homes
scheduled to be built. The total value of the project at
completion is approximately $900 million. The Grand entrance to
include pedestrian portals, gas flame monuments, 50 ft clock
tower, 512 foot reflection pond, brick paver mall street, mature
live oak lined mall entry, faux bridges.
Some of the ammenities include resident swimming pools, bald
eagle refuge, basketball courts, future on-site elementary
school, resident village shopping, children's play area, and a
14 foot wide walking path.
